As for the restoration, the complex has a kitchen of 120 m2 equipped for the preparation of traditional dishes and modern cuisine in the refined pleasures of the palate at prices well studied. Supplies are partly provided by organic produce from the farm. Adjacent to the kitchen are a cold room of 50 m3, a restaurant of 180 m2, with a capacity of 150 seats, a grill room of 30 m2 and a grill-room hut grill or rather, given its design. Our guests can enjoy our cuisine in a kheima conditioned, with a capacity of 40 seats or discuss the hospitality of the people of the region, the fascination of the sites or the traditional irrigation systems such as foggara, around a good mint tea in the second kheima (capacity 150 people).
